This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit our website at www.x-atlas.com (the "Website") or use our cloud services, IP translation services, VPN applications and related products (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Website or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

• Contact information such as your name, company name, email address and phone number when you contact us or request a quote.
• Account information such as username, password and billing details when you register for or purchase Services.
• Communications such as the content of emails and support requests you send to us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Website usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and access times, collected through standard server logs.
• Service operational data for our cloud and IP translation services, such as the public IP addresses assigned to your account, bandwidth usage and service event logs, which are needed to provide, bill for and secure the Services. For VPN-specific data, see Section 1.3.

1.3 VPN Services: What We Log and What We Do Not

Our VPN applications are designed to collect as little data as possible. We do not monitor, record or sell the content of your traffic or your browsing activity.

We do NOT log or store:

• The websites, apps or services you visit or use through the VPN;
• The content of your traffic, including messages, files and the pages you view;
• DNS queries made through the VPN;
• The VPN server IP address you are assigned, mapped to your identity or session history.

We DO record the following, and only for the purposes stated:

• Connection timestamps (session start and end time) and total data volume per session: used for billing, enforcing plan limits, capacity planning and troubleshooting. Kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Server location selected and app version / device operating system: used for troubleshooting and service quality. Kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Your originating IP address: used only in memory while a session is active, to route your connection and to block abuse such as brute-force login attempts. It is not written to permanent logs and is discarded when the session ends.

Aggregated statistics that cannot identify any individual user, such as total network bandwidth per server, may be kept longer to plan capacity.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Website and Services;
• To process transactions and send related information such as invoices and confirmations;
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• To monitor and protect the security and integrity of our network and to prevent fraud and abuse;
• To send service-related notices and, with your consent where required, marketing communications;
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations and legal processes.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with trusted vendors who perform services for us, such as payment processing, hosting and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations;
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, court order or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Atlas Networks, our customers or others;

Our Website uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Website may then not work as intended.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The specific retention periods are:

When a retention period ends, we delete the data or anonymize it so that it can no longer identify you. We may keep specific data longer only where the law requires it, such as to comply with a valid legal hold.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
